 The Troop's calendar is set by the Patrol Leaders' Council at a long-range planning meeting held each year in early August.  This enables scouts and parents to have plenty of advance notice about troop activities.   More detailed planning related to specific events is done at monthly PLC Meetings throughout the year.

There are, of course, certain "standing" events.  For example, Boards of Review are typically conducted the first meeting night of each month and the Troop Committee generally meets the third week of each month.  District Roundtable Meetings (attended by the Scoutmasters and/or Troop Committee Members) are held September through June on the second Tuesday of each month.

Scout advancements are formally recognized and presented at special Court of Honor ceremonies held 4 times each year; typically in August, November, February, and May.  Courts of Honor are family night occasions and scouts' siblings, friends, and relatives are all welcome.

Eagle Scout Courts of Honor are conducted as needed and scheduled in consultation with the Eagle Scout and his family.
